Note: The Oasis at Death Valley, formerly known as Furnace Creek Resort, a true American oasis and one of Death Valley’s best-kept secrets, is undergoing a well-deserved restoration and renovation over the course of 2017 and the first half of 2018. This will include The Inn, The Ranch, the Golf Course and public access spaces. Major improvements and positive changes focused on sustainability and the environment, accommodations, amenities, facilities and accessibility will temporarily disrupt areas of the destination until further notice.
Experience the charm of fine dining in one of the world’s most remote settings at the Inn, or savor a hearty meal in a casual atmosphere at the Ranch. Satisfy your appetite in the elegant Inn Dining Room or the more family-friendly offerings at the Ranch. From mid-October to mid-May, golfers also have the option of dining at the 19th Hole, a unique, veranda-style bar and grill adjacent to the Golf Shop.
Please contact the property at (760) 786-2345 for seasonal hours of operation in all restaurants.
The Ranch at Death Valley Dining
During our revitalization, guests staying at the Ranch will be impacted as temporary solutions will be in place for both registration and dining. While guests should still expect the same level of service, please be mindful that the registration and dining solutions are temporary and that some items and amenities may not be available due to the ongoing construction. Food service will be limited and a special menu has been prepared for those dining at the Ranch. For any questions, information or help, please feel free to speak to the front desk.

We look forward to revealing the full array of new dining options upon their completion.
