The Inn Dining Room offers fine dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with stunning views of the desert salt pans and the majestic Panamint Mountains. Weather permitting, service is available on the Inn Terrace offering unobstructed views of our spectacular location and the brilliant blue sky or evening stars. The Dining Room proudly serves a menu featuring classic cuisine.

Valentine’s Day Special: 10 oz Prime Rib – $65
Indulge in a hand-carved, slow-roasted 10 oz prime rib, paired with mashed potatoes and charred seasonal asparagus. Finished with house-crafted horseradish cream and a rich, aromatic au jus.

Dinner Attire
Please note that the dress code for dinner is “resort attire.” T-shirts or tank tops are not appropriate.
