Group Room Guidelines & Policies
The Inn at Death Valley offers a variety of meeting/banquet rooms that are beautifully appointed in keeping with the decor of the Inn. Some rooms have windows, providing stunning views of Death Valley and the surrounding mountains. The facilities are ideally suited for board meetings and executive retreats. The combination of outstanding catering services and unparalleled scenery ensure the staging of memorable events.

Our Group Policies
A typed rooming list must be received no later than 30 days prior to the group arrival date. The rooming list must identify the guest names, type of accommodations requested and any special requirements. All unassigned rooms will be released for general sale.
All groups must designate a group leader who will accept responsibility for settlement of the master account, settlement of individual accounts and general coordination of group activities with the resort.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m.
Children under the age of 18 are free of charge when sharing the same room and existing bedding with an accompanying adult.
Park Entry Fees & Permits
These fees are not included in guestroom rates and must be paid upon arrival to the National Park Service.
Group reservations may be guaranteed by either an authorized credit card or a deposit equal to 10% of the total room and tax charges. Either of these forms of guarantee must be received no later than 6 months prior to group arrival.
If your group is booked within six months of arrival date, a minimum deposit of 10% of the total room and tax charges must be received within 14 days from the booking date.
Final payment in full for rooms must be received no later than 30 days prior to group’s scheduled arrival.
Function / Meeting Rooms
The resort will assign appropriate function rooms based upon the size of the group and their specific requirements.
