Artist Spotlight: Peech
Harry Lawson (born November 17, 2001), known professionally as Peech, is an American singer-songwriter from Park City, Utah. Raised in Park City, Peech spent his childhood skiing, camping, and exploring nature. His father’s incarceration during Peech’s early school years led to him being raised primarily by his mother. Before that, Peech was exposed to music through his father’s friendship with Pennywise bassist Jason Thirsk and often joined him on stage to perform “Bro Hymn” in tribute. During high school, his father’s rare heart disease diagnosis became a turning point. Battling anxiety and depression, Peech turned to songwriting, philosophy, and meditation. He eventually prioritized music over school and graduated in 2020 before moving to Los Angeles. Inspired by Mac Miller, Kid Cudi, Bon Iver, and The Lumineers, Peech began releasing music in 2018. In 2022, he signed with Tha Lights Global and performed at Rolling Loud SXSW. His debut EP These Times Don’t Feel Right earned over 2M streams. After leaving the label in 2023, he released Hollywood and appeared on Apple Music’s Today at Apple playlist. Peech continues to release music and grow his audience, establishing himself as an emerging voice in contemporary music.
Artist Spotlight: Petals & Hide
Petals & Hide was born out of a friendship and shared passion for creativity. Co-owners Kate and Iolanda Met in 2013 in a local running group, though neither of them still run, they have stayed close friends ever since. In the last year Kate started to experiment with creating leather flower hat bands and dabbling in hat burning. Then one day, Iolanda, with her experience running another small business, had a bold idea: Why not open a hat bar? That simple suggestion turned into Petals & Hide—a place where creativity, style, and connection come together. Their mission is to offer a unique experience where anyone can design a statement piece that truly represents them.
Artist Spotlight: Cottage Designs Pahrump
Jessica and Lori founded Cottage Designs Pahrump when Lori, a Union Pipefitter/Welder, desperately needed relief for her cracked hands caused by daily work in leather gloves. After researching tallow’s skin benefits and sourcing suet from their local butcher, Lori began the meticulous 6-day rendering process. Jessica, initially skeptical due to her chef background, was amazed by the product’s non-greasy feel and visible skin improvement. Now passionate advocates for this rediscovered treasure, they continue researching tallow’s benefits while helping others experience its transformative effects. Their family-owned, eco-friendly approach transforms nature’s creations into luxurious organic skincare products that rejuvenate and heal.
Artist Spotlight: Bruce Horvath
Bruce Horvath’s artistic journey began in San Rafael, Northern California, where he first picked up a sketch pad. In the early 1970s, his organ teacher Jeane Noble, an accomplished oil painter, invited him to join her painting classes. After a few lessons, Horvath switched to acrylics and has painted exclusively in this medium for over 50 years. His artistic path took him from studying California’s golden hills and majestic redwoods to Orange County, and finally to retirement in Pahrump, Nevada — a desert town between Las Vegas and Death Valley that offers completely different landscape experiences. Horvath enjoys painting in various styles from realistic to abstract, employing tools ranging from small brushes to palette knives. He finds that painting transports him from life’s bustle into the calm of creation.
