Just Over 2 Hours from Las Vegas

The Oasis at Death Valley is located in the heart of Death Valley National Park, approximately 120 miles northwest of Las Vegas and 295 miles northeast of Los Angeles. Prefer to fly? Keep in mind that the resort features a paved 3,040-foot by 70-foot lighted airstrip that is ideal for private or chartered aircraft.

Approximate total mileage: 120

  • From McCarran International Airport, follow signs for I-15/I-215
  • Take I-215 West to Exit 12B for I-15 South toward Los Angeles
  • Stay on the frontage road and follow signs for Hwy 160/Blue Diamond
  • Take HWY 160/Blue Diamond West to Pahrump, NV, approximately 57 miles
  • In Pahrump, continue straight on Hwy. 160 through three stoplights then drive 3.1 miles
  • Turn left at Bell Vista Road (watch for our billboard 1 mile from intersection and the Dollar General on the left just prior to the turn)
  • Turn left and continue 25.5 miles to Death Valley Junction
  • Turn right and then immediately left on CA Hwy 190
  • Drive 30 miles to the Inn at Death Valley (on right) and 1 more mile to Ranch (on left)

  • Take I-15 North to Baker, CA
  • Exit on Hwy. 127 North to Shoshone
  • Continue straight to Death Valley Junction and turn left on Hwy. 190
  • Drive 30 miles to Inn at Death Valley (on right) or 31 miles to Ranch (on left)

Approximate total mileage: 370

  • Take Hwy 395 South
  • At Lone Pine, take Hwy 136 East, which becomes Hwy 190
  • Follow signs to Death Valley National Park

  • Take Hwy 101 to Hwy 46
  • Travel east to Hwy 99 and go south to Bakersfield
  • Take Hwy 58 East toward Tehachapi/Mojave
  • Go 58.2 miles to take exit 167, Hwy 14 North to Bishop/Mojave and turn left on Hwy 14 N
  • Go 45.9 miles, Hwy 14 N becomes US 395 N
  • Go 41.6 miles and turn right on Hwy 190
  • Go 14.6 miles and turn right to stay on Hwy 190
  • Go 85.9 miles to The Oasis at Death Valley

  • Take Hwy 99 S to US Route 50 East
  • Continue on US Route 50 East
  • Go 93.3 miles and turn right on Hwy 89 S (Luther Pass Rd)
  • Go 11.2 miles and turn left to stay on Hwy 89 S (Hwy 88 E / Carson Pass Hwy)
  • Go 5.8 miles and turn right to stay on Hwy 89 S
  • Go 11.3 miles and turn left to stay on Hwy 89 S (Robert M. Jackson Memorial Hwy) – Portions may be closed between Nov. and mid May
  • Go 17.6 miles and turn right on US Hwy 395 S
  • Go 189 miles and turn left on Hwy 136 E
  • Go 17.5 miles – Hwy 136 E will continue straight into Hwy 190 E.
  • Go 85.8 on Hwy 190 E
  • Turn right into The Oasis at Death Valley.
